Tivoli Carvoeiro (former Tivoli Almansor) First impression is that you are entering a tropical paradise. Staff is the most friendly I've ever seen, there is free internet in the hotel and overall pretty good spot. When we were there it was more of an older crowd, which was over Christmas. Breakfast is buffet style and is pretty good especially with the amazing view of the water from the restaurant. |

Tivoli Carvoeiro (former Tivoli Almansor) We went to this fantastic hotel for christmas 2007 with our 2 children aged 5 and 3. It was wonderful. The hotel is spotless the rooms very comfortable and the views stuning. Breakfasts were superb and evening meals equally good. The staff were lovely. The seaview rooms are a must, the view is wonderful. We have just booked to return 25th March and I am counting down the days already. |

Tivoli Carvoeiro (former Tivoli Almansor) This Hotel is fantastic - the staff are very attentive, the sea views fantastic and the rooms nice and large. Yes the decor is a little tired but they are kept very clean and the reception staff help with all enquiries. We stayed bed and breakfast and the brakfast selection is fantastic and you can have it between 7h30 am to 10h30 am each day. We wouldn´t recommend half board though, the rest of the food is bog standard and there are plenty of lovely restaurants in the surrounding area. The sea view is fantastic and the poll is great to have a proper swim in. |

Tivoli Carvoeiro (former Tivoli Almansor) I have stayed at the Alamsor on a number of occasions for business. This was my first time there with the family. It was fantastic again. I cannot tell you how nice it is to go to a hotel where you are not treated like a 3 year old child on acid or a gereatric with dementia, there are some major tour companies who could learn some lessons from the Almansor. The hotel is great for families and couples. The facilities are good but are showing their age in a few places. Perhaps time for a bit of a refit. Having said that everything works. The hotel is on the edge of town so it is a 10 minute walk down hill to find restaurants shops etc. Turn right out of the hotel and after 10 mins you come to a great little beach with a fab restaurant. Try and hire a car and get about a bit there are so many beatiful beaches on the Algarve. Try Praia da Alvor and Praia da Rocha, great beaches lovely beach restaurants. This hotel has the best views across the sea ever! |

Tivoli Carvoeiro (former Tivoli Almansor) We are not newcomers to the Algarve, however, our holiday at the Almansor was undoubtedly the BEST! The location and layout of the hotel was perfect for us. I had the pleasure of celebrating my 75th birthday during our stay; and my special thanks for the presentation of a tasteful birthday cake on behalf of the management and staff to mark this occasion. We both intend to return to the Almansor and continue our "love affair" with the hotel. |

Tivoli Carvoeiro (former Tivoli Almansor) Having visited in November last year, we had no hesitation in booking again for our trip at the end of March. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The complimentary Port and chocolates were an unexpected surprise. Thank you very much, they made our break very special. Throughout our stay, the staff were friendly and welcoming, not only to us but all guests. They were efficient and helpful, a credit to the hotel. We will have no hesitation in returning again. Thank you for making our stay both memorable and relaxing. |
