1. How do I get to the hotel from the A1 motorway?
Coming from the north, exit at Coimbra North and head for city centre/Av. Fernão de Magalhães.
Coming from the south, exit at Coimbra South and head for city centre/Av. Fernão de Magalhães.
2. What types of rooms does the hotel have?
We have 2 types of rooms:
Standard rooms which include 4 suites, 22 rooms with double beds and 52 rooms with twin beds.
Superior rooms which include 1 suite, 2 rooms with twin beds and 52 rooms with double beds.
3. Can the suites accommodate a family?
Superior room suites have 2 bedrooms and a living area. Other suites are smaller and do not have sufficient space for a family.
4. Does the hotel have adjoining rooms?
We have 20 adjoining rooms which also allow families to stay together. Please ask for one of these rooms when booking.
5. Does the hotel have cots and extra beds?
Yes. Cots and extra beds are available. Please stipulate your requirements when booking.
6. Does the hotel have rooms for smokers?
Yes, but you may only smoke in your room. All smoking rooms are located on the 1st floor.
7. Is there a Business Center at the hotel?
Yes, next to reception. Our Business Center also has free Internet Access.
8. Does the hotel have Wi-Fi?
There is a Wi-Fi connection in public spaces (Portugal Telecom) and in the rooms (Swisscom). These services are charged extra.
9. Does the hotel have a car park?
Yes, but please let us know your requirements in advance.
10. Does the hotel have a gymnasium or swimming pool?
We have a “Wellness Center” with indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, Vichy shower, sauna, steam room, massages and gymnasium. Some of these services are free. Please ask for detailed information when booking.
11. Does the hotel allow animals?
No animals are allowed in the hotel.
12. What food and drinks services does the hotel have?

Room Service – from 07.00 to 23.00
13. Is the hotel near the centre of the city?
The hotel is right in the city centre and just a short walk from the main shopping area and historic centre.
