The Hotel is 23Km from Lisbon International Airport. If driving take the IC 19 (direction Lisbon - Sintra) or on the A5 (direction Lisbon –Cascais - exit for Sintra). The journey takes around 45 mins. However, it could take longer during the rush hour. Avoid 07:30 to 10:00 (Sintra – Airport) and 18:00 to 20:00 (Airport – Sintra).

Check-in is at 14:00 and check-out at 12:00. Guests who have flights after 12:00 and who wish to use the public areas of the hotel may check-out and leave luggage at reception until their flight departs.

The voltage is 220V, but the hotel has transformers with 110V output, which can be supplied upon request and depending on availability.

The hotel has good analogue and digital coverage. Chargers should be 220V, or connected to a transformer. The hotel can supply such transformers but there is a limited number available.
