They were very helpful and prompt in solving some last minute "snags". They also clearly showed the quality of the services that you have accustomed us to on other occasions when we have chosen Tivoli Hotels for our events. We would also like to highlight that at recent events, the image and capability of the country has been clearly demonstrated. Therefore, it has been possible to bring delegations from around twenty countries to Lisbon, and at the end of the event we considered the hotel's facilities and conditions very satisfying. Quero ressaltar o "café da manhã" do hotel, é dos melhores que tenho visto em hoteis de 4 estrelas na Europa. Parabéns ao Hotel e á sua direcção. Como sugestão só uma: estender o Wi-Fi aos apartamentos para aqueles que utilizem notebook |

The gift os fruit and water was a very pleasant surprise - something we expects in a 5 stars hotel. When I reported a broken light in the bathroom it was dealt that day. Our room was confortable, quiet and well cleaned. |
