Special Daily Price (on line reservations):
In the case of online reservations you will find the maximum and minimum prices per room/night for the current year. In the next step, you will find the "daily price" that reflects market changes and the supply and demand of each hotel, thus changing in accordance with the date of reservation and the time of year of the stay. 
Rack Rates:
"Rack Rates" are the prices published on a list every year by all hotels to comply with Portuguese law and indicate the maximum possible price for the period in question. Check Rack Rates.
