Tivoli Madeira

I just wanted to drop a line to you, to tell you what an enjoyable stay we had with you and your staff while staying at the Tivoli Ocean Park w/c 4th May. We found the facilities, your staff and the resort of Funchal top class. This was our first holiday away with our 10 month old son, and it was ideal. I have no doubt that we will be back again soon, as it met all our holiday requirements.

Greetings from Ireland. We have returned home and have had time to consider and realise what a wonderful holiday we had in Madeira. We have always wanted to visit there  and the Island with its natural beauty, stunning flora and great climate lived  up to all our expectations. However, it was a pleasant surprise to find that the Hotel Tivoli Ocean Park, was the highlight of the holiday. The ammenities are first class and the staff did everything to make our stay such a pleasure.
It was a celebration trip for my 50th birthday and it was  really special. The room upgrade was a surprise for me as it was arranged by Dermot. I felt really pampered. I realise now that both of you went to a lot of trouble to arrange it for me. Thank you.
It was really nice to meet you. You had proved your professionalism and efficiency before that, but it was a pleasure to meet such wonderful people. You are a credit to Madeira and The Tivoli hotel group.
I will be back to your hotel and will recommend it to family and business colleagues.
