More than just a hotel room and breakfast, now every Tivoli guest can enjoy a unique Tivoli Experience.

The Tivoli Experience replaces the traditional model of reception and Concierge with an Experience Team who accompany guests from the moment the booking is made, until their return home. In addition to understanding the tastes and motivations of individual guests, the Experience Team can advise on the best and most authentic experiences that each destination has to offer, away from the usual tourist attractions.

This new philosophy is based on:

• T/Experiences: An innovative and exclusive range of experiences developed to reflect the history and opportunities of each destination. A T- Experience is a story guests can tell to family and friends when they return home.
• T/Services: Simple and convenient services: A luxury car to pick guests up at the airport, an unexpected car wash, receiving confirmation of restaurant reservations or other requests via text messaging.
• Tivoli Experience Guides - more than just hotel directories, these guides are a showcase for everything that a guest can experience at each destination, and at each Tivoli Hotel.

The project is already in operation at hotels – Tivoli Lisboa, Tivoli Jardim, Tivoli Oriente, Tivoli Sintra and Tivoli Marina Vilamoura – and will be progressively introduced in the other hotels in the chain.
