The lush Sintra Nature Reserve – the ideal place for discovering the rich natural surroundings of this region. The more than 159 different types of birds which inhabit the reserve and the incredible trees are just two of the appeals of this unique environment. Discover this natural paradise, observing birds, flowers, trees and a number of endangered species such as the peregrine falcon.

THIS EXPERIENCE INCLUDES:

• Pick up and drop off at hotel
• Nature walk accompanied by a nature guide – biologist.
• Trip through the Sintra Mountains Nature Reserve.
• During the walk you’ll be able to explore the different habitats in the reserve around Peninha and Cabo da Roca.
• Snack

Duration: From 2.30 to 3 hours

Availability: Available from Monday to Sunday

OBSERVATIONS:

Reservations:   Minimum of 4 hours in advance and made within the opening times of the call center (from 09.00 to 20.00 every day of the week). Always subject to availability.

Cancellations: Experiences booked for times between 09.00 and 14.00 can be cancelled up to 13.00 on the previous day.
                           Experiences booked for times between 14.00 and 20.00 can be cancelled up to 18.00 on the previous day.

Recommendations:
- Take casual clothes and footwear
- Take a warm jacket even if the weather is good

Other Observations:

- Groups are accompanied by a Mountain Guide/Tourism Expert/Physical Education Instructor.
