Booking: Minimum 4 hours in advance, and within opening times of call center (from 09.00 to 20.00 – Monday to Friday)

Cancellations: Experience may be cancelled up to 18.00 the previous day Recommendations:
- Should guides be dispensed with during part or all of the route, guests will be liable for their own safety
Other Observations:
- The guide will discuss with each group to discuss their tastes and adapt the route accordingly.
- Languages spoken by guide: Portuguese, English, Spanish, French and German
