Serving authentic cuisine using carefully selected local and seasonal produce, enjoy an exceptional wining and dining experience in the Cardo Restaurant where you can also take in the superb views of the plains of the Alentejo in a modern setting where local cork provides the theme.

Breakfast: 7:00 - 10:30 (week) / 8:00 - 11:00 (weekend)
Lunch: 12:30 - 15:00 (week) / 13:00 - 15:30 (sunday)
