- Guests must present their valid TAP Air Portugal Miles&Go membership card or quote their membership number at check-in to qualify for special rates or Best Flexible Rates at time of check-in will be applied.
- Promotional rates and rooms are strictly subject to availability, and advertised savings are based on Best Flexible Rates.

- TAP Air Portugal Miles&Go award miles will be credited to your account between six to eight weeks after each eligible stay.
- Guest must be paying an Eligible Room Rate* to earn TAP Air Portugal Miles&Go miles.
- * Eligible Rates do not include corporate, tour operator, groups and packages, free/complimentary stays, travel industry, internet wholesaler and third party rates.
- TAP Air Portugal Miles&Go miles will be awarded per room per Eligible Stay.
- ** An Eligible Stay means one or more consecutive nights spent by a Guest, booked at an Eligible rate at any participating hotel. This is regardless of the number of times that the member checks in or checks out during that stay.
