The cleaning and sanitizing protocols have been redefined according to the national and international guidelines. These protocols were previously reviewed and adapted to the new reality by Cristal International Stardands through the Protek POSI-Check Certification by Intertek Cristal. In this way, sanitizing procedures even more reinforced will be established both in the rooms and public areas, as in lobby, reception, lifts and restaurants, as well as in kitchens and staff areas. These measures also apply to the laundry process.
ADVANCED DIGITAL SERVICES
In order to reduce the interaction among people and the contact with surfaces, we will provide a digital application which guests are able to access all the hotel's information and services, such as check-in and check-out and restaurant and bar menus.
SOCIAL DISTANCING RULES
The hotel public areas have been thoroughly reorganized in terms of occupancy and furniture, in order to avoid gatherings and close contact among people, ensuring social distancing. Safety signs will be available in the public areas, as in reception, restaurants, bars, spa and swimming pool.
FOOD & BEVERAGE SERVICES TAILORED TO THE CURRENT SITUATION
The Food & Beverage have undergone a redefinition of a la carte, buffet, room service and minibar services. All suppliers will have to comply with strict control protocols regarding delivery procedures. These new measures will be implemented throughout the entire food process, from purchasing to preparation.
WATER PURIFICATION & AIR PROTOCOLS
The hotel has been through a strict process of disinfection and cleaning of the air and water purification. The preventive maintenance protocols have also been reinforced. The inspection tours will have their frequency increased as well as the drinking water and swimming pool water level controls, ensuring the guests' safety.
PERSONAL SAFETY EQUIPMENT & PROTOCOLS
We follow the health authorities' recommendations in order to provide the most proper personal safety equipment to all our employees. Our staff will be wearing masks and will be offered hand sanitizer while they reduce close contact with other people. All of these measures are preceded by an extensive training plan.

Our staff is all the more prepared to offer advisory service to our guests so that they are able to visit our destination safely through health information, food and beverage safety services, entertainment, transportation and other experiences.
