Really lovely stay, they kindly gave us two rooms in a courtyard, which felt very private and secure. We were literally walking out of our area straight to the beach which is very family friendly. The reception staff were always helpful and the breakfast team were exceptional, especially Chef Rose who made the best omelette and pancakes! Nethra & Mehwish were always welcoming and Reddad & Vincent very attentive, the team Created a lovely atmosphere to have breakfast and enjoy the morning. The location of the hotel is good too, I like being away from all the loud city noises, but all very accessible by taxi and metro. The whole stay has been wonderful so far the only thing I would say would be that housekeeping is inconsistent, sometimes towels were not left or toilet roll, all rectified really quickly with a call to reception but for 5* hotel I would have expected this to be seamless. Apart from this the experience so far has been great and we are looking forward to enjoying the rest of the holiday.

The value of this hotel is good, but honestly their other branches are far better in delivering service and customer satisfaction. Those at this hotel in wakra were bang average.
