The first stop will be at the local market, where you will be guided by a chef explaining what and how to choose the best daily products to cook one of the most renowned traditional dishes - the Cataplana. Later take part in the “How to cook a Cataplana” workshop in a private area of a local restaurant guided by the house chef.
