MILTON BAR & BISTROT

The lobby bar is named after one of Palazzo Gaddi’s most distinguished guests, the poet John Milton, author of “Paradise Lost”, who spent his summer here in 1638 as part of his grand tour of Europe.
In a warm and welcoming atmosphere, you can unwind after a day of exploration of the city with a book from the mahogany shelves, share stories around the fireplace, and enjoy a refined aperitivo.
For lunch and dinner, discover the culinary offerings by Chef Patronne Iside de Cesare, featuring homemade pasta, traditional dishes, and desserts — all served in an elegant setting at the heart of the hotel.
