Omber

Omber – One of the 12 colours of Rembrandt

Inspired by the craftmanship of paintmaking and the limited colours Rembrandt Van Rijn used, restaurant Omber takes inspiration from the master. Omber is a rich brown tone, a signature colour in the works of art of Rembrandt. The tone is complex yet warm, elegant and sophisticated.

Restaurant Omber elevates every dish to artistic hights, working with locally sourced ingredients that are paired in a unique way. The menu varies with monthly specials.

Guests dining at Omber have a special rate at the QPark Waterlooplein.
